Showcases the lesser-seen aspects of this great make. With water it gets smokier, sootier and adds more cereal. Notes of rye bread, peat embers, burlap, chai tea and green banana baked with cinnamon and brown sugar.

The mouth opens with concentrated old medicines, soot, herbal balms, suntan lotion and smoked coconut shavings. Notes of mango yogurt, dried apricot, iodine tablets and horse stables. Wonderfully syrupy in texture and surprisingly mature for its age - a hot climate no doubt playing its part with aplomb! Water brings ashiness, pencil graphite, antiseptic creams, brine mixed with olive oil and the heat of fruity red chili and smoked paprika.
