Undiluted on the nose – “Oozing with rich biscuity notes”. The panel indulged in a platter of Ginger Nuts and Brandy Snaps with the feint hint of worn copper coins. To taste at this stage they were transported to a warmer setting and served a well made Espresso Martini topped with shavings of dark chocolate with a side of delicious Tiramisu. After water was added floral notes came forward to the point of pot-pourri soaked in lemon juice. To taste at this stage the panel were reminded of their Christmas stocking and it’s content of Satsuma oranges.
