SCOTLAND TOUR SEPTEMBER 2026
IN CELEBRATION OF SMWS CANADA'S 15TH ANNIVERSARY THIS FALL, WE'RE PLANNING A DISTILLERY TOUR IN SCOTLAND IN SEPTEMBER!
Scotland-based luxury travel company MacLean & Bruce has worked with us to put together an exciting itinerary of distillery tours, heritage site visits, a cooperage tour, and gastronomic culinary experiences for 12 people. The cost is £5400 per person (single supplement of £1800) and is open to SMWS Canada members in good standing* and their guest(s).
Your trip begins in Edinburgh followed by several days spent exploring some of Scotland's distilleries from the Lowlands to the Highlands. The week culminates with a lunch and tasting hosted by legendary whisky writer Charlie MacLean MBE at the original home of the SMWS, The Vaults in Leith.
SMWS Canada founders Rob and Kelly Carpenter will be accompanying you on this exciting adventure but don't let that deter you! ;-) This is a must for any member eager to visit the Society's spiritual home in Leith and enjoy some of Scotland's best whisky regions.

PLEASE NOTE: To confirm hotels as set out in the itinerary, we need a minimum number of 10 (ten) attendees by Friday, March 27th. If we reach the number required by that date, then MacLean & Bruce will contact you to take the required deposit. If the minimum number of attendees isn't reached then the trip will not go ahead and any deposits that may have been paid will be returned in full. All payments (or refunds) are subject to exchange rates in place at the time of the transaction.
*Membership must be in good standing at time of registering interest, deposit, final payment and trip dates.
